ManhattanSweet Manhattan
- 1 part sweet vermouth
- 2 parts Bourbon or rye whiskey
Blend the vermouth and the whiskey in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a maraschino cherry.
Dry Manhattan
Substitute dry vermouth for the sweet vermouth. Instead of a chery, serve with an olive.
