FREAK OUT
1. (informal) to become frantic or extremely agitated [ter uma reação extrema, “pirar”]
  • Samantha nearly freaked out when she got her phone bill last month.
  • Samantha quase pirou quando recebeu sua conta telefônica no mês passado.
2. (informal) to become very excited because of drugs [ficar muito empolgado por causa de drogas, “ter um barato”]
  • Joe said he had never seen anyone freak out on ecstasy like that before.
  • Joe disse que nunca antes tinha visto ninguém ter um barato de ecstasy como aquele.
