Phrasal Verb: FREAK OUT
1. (informal) to become frantic or extremely agitated [ter uma reação extrema, “pirar”]
Samantha nearly freaked out when she got her phone bill last month.
Samantha quase pirou quando recebeu sua conta telefônica no mês passado.
2. (informal) to become very excited because of drugs [ficar muito empolgado por causa de drogas, “ter um barato”]
Joe said he had never seen anyone freak out on ecstasy like that before.
Joe disse que nunca antes tinha visto ninguém ter um barato de ecstasy como aquele.
